When installing a NuGet package in Visual Studio, a license is displayed and you have to click on 'Agree' or 'Decline' button.
However, you can execute command line utility "nuget.exe install <packageid>" and the package is downloaded and all the files and content is extracted out of the package. You can then have your project reference the dlls without ever having
to click on license.
Is there a way to configure the NuGet package so it cannot be downloaded through the 'install' command? Or is there a way so that the 'install' command downloads the package but does not extract the files out of the package?
