Using the "Get-Package" command I can list all packages that are being used in the solution, which is a really nice and useful thing. But how can I additionally display in which projects each package is being used?

You can use this command:

Get-Project -All | ? { Get-Package -Project $_.Name | ? { $_.Id -eq 'jQuery' } }

That will show all projects that has 'jQuery' installed.

Alternatively, you can right click on the solution node, select 'Manager NuGet packages for solution..." command. On the dialog, go to the Installed tab and click on each package. The details pane on the right will show you which projects install that package.
