Report old packages

Is there any plan to manage out-of-date packages ?

Let's take for example jqGrid : available version on nuget : 4.0.0.0 : http://nuget.org/List/Packages/jQuery.jqGrid

available version on the official website : 4.1.2.1 : http://www.trirand.com/blog/

I sent a message to the owner through nuget, I posted a reminder on the forums : http://www.trirand.com/blog/?page_id=393/releases/jqgrid-4-1-2-1/ . But still no updates at this time.

It would be nice to inform users that there is a newer version. Should I use the review system for that instead ?

No plans to manage them out, as others might be depending on them. But a public call to find an owner is probably a good idea.
