async keyword used?

Just forked and tried to compile, and got a host of errors from usage of the "async" keyword in method parameter names (i.e. IHostProvider). I have the Async CTP installed :)

I fixed the errors by adding the "@" before the parameter name. Sent pull request from https://hg01.codeplex.com/forks/dcazzulino/extensibleschema.

That makes the codebase "forward compatible" with C# 5 ;)

Ah, my bad. I checked in that changeset right after I uninstalled the Async CTP on my machine :) We had the same problem when Async CTP was release and I changed all 'async' variables to 'asynchronous', but using @ is fine too.
