NuPack.exe

Did you guys have plans for a nupack.exe command line version? I have one in the works and when I saw NuPack.Console I thought that was it but it's the PowerShell console. I'll add it to my fork and let anyone pull it down to see if you want to use it. It exercises all the features of API including creating new pacakages.

NuPack.exe is part of the solution now. I updated the wiki with the latest version of the spec:

Though what we have right now is pretty rudimentary.

Will the package creation pick up the tools and lib folders by default, without specifiying them in the nuspec?  From an automation standpoint that is the easiest for a oss developer to setup and forget.  Then they just maintain the copy commands in their build script.

Yep. Take a look at the conventions section in the nuspec format wiki page.
