Dialog: Adding a package through the dialog removes the prompt in the console

description

Repro:
  1. Open the Package Manager console
  2. Open the "Add Package Reference" dialog
  3. Add a package (select a package and then click the 'Install' button
  4. Close the dialog
Expected: The console was unaffected
Actual: The prompt in the console is missing (see highlighted area attached screen capture)
Work-around: Push the up arrow to cycle through the command history and bring the prompt back; or, type in garbage and hit enter

Verified on VS 2010 Ultimate.

I can see tha the console is left intact after installing/uninstalling package via the dialog.

I do not understand the code change. According to the changeset, all that was modified was adding a private field to \NuPack.Dialog\PackageManagerUI\PackageManagerWindow.xaml.cs

private readonly OnlinePackagesProvider _onlinePackagesProvider;
