Fix company metadata in AssemblyInfo.cs files

Most AssemblyInfo.cs files in the solution have this attribute:

[assembly: AssemblyCompany("Microsoft")]

It should be [assembly: AssemblyCompany“CodePlex Foundation”)] instead.

Verified all [assembly: ...] attributes; also searche for all uses of the words Microsoft, MS, and MSFT

The Author field in source.extensions.vsixmanifest also says Microsoft.
