Can you provide any input or guidance on the issue below –
A developer updates a file as part of their change set and checks this in ready for delivery.
A second developer updates the same file as part of their change set and checks this in ready for delivery.
If the second change set is delivered without the first then the build will break.
Does TFS do anything to warn that the delivery of the second change set requires the delivery of the first change set as well?
This is a scenario given by a project as a reason for not coming into TFS. We would like to remove this obstacle.
