Using nuget in c# code

Hello.

I'm porting a powershell script to c#. The script does the following.
It is an installer for our software where we install the nuget package (using nuget.exe), create all services needed (windows service or web service) or just plain unzip if it is a standalone application, then the installer transform the config files as needed and if it is a service it finishes by starting the service.

I'm confused of what nuget package I should use in my c# project.
Can someone explain to me what the difference between "NuGet.Core.dll" and "NuGet.VisualStudio.dll" is?
Which one should I use in this project?

Regards,
Kristjan

By searching google it looks like the core dll is more commonly used.
Think I just use that one.
