Hi!

We have Visual Studio 2010 solution with ~60 projects. When it configured to use Visual Studio package restore (guided by http://docs.nuget.org/docs/workflows/migrating-to-automatic-package-restore), build takes 45-55 seconds. When configured in old style, via targets from .nuget\NuGet.targets, build takes 25-30 seconds.

But, I expected opposite situation. Should this be so? If yes, will be performance fixed in next releases?
