Whenever I am installing the packages using the package manager interface I am getting the following error.

"Failed to initialize the PowerShell host. If your PowerShell execution policy setting is set to AllSigned, open the Package Manager Console to initialize the host first."

And current execution policy is set to "RemoteSigned".

And whenever I open the Package Manager Console I am getting following error.

"Could not load file or assembly 'System.ServiceProcess, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

And I am getting this error in Visual Studio 2012 and 2013.

I have tried by restarting Visual Studio and even re installing the package manager but no luck.

Please help me to fix this issue.
