NuGet Confirmation Email Not Sending

I am not reeving my confirmation email. I tested sending myself an email from another account with out any issues.

The email address is correct and I am able to receive email from the outside (aka Gmail can send me an email to my domain).

P.S. It is not in my Junk email either.

I changed my email address to my gmail account and received it instantly.... Not sure what the issue is, but I at least got my confirmation email.
