Hello
Been stuck with this for over a day now and can not seem to find any solution for this.
First issue was Nuget packages were not showing on the package explorer. thinking its a firewall issue asked infrastructure to open the port. which will take a bit of time :(
Then went into Nuget.Config in C:\Users\mtopaz\AppData\Roaming\NuGet\ folder and added
   <config>
    <add key="http_proxy" value="http://127.0.0.1" />
    <add key="http_proxy.user" value="domain\mtopaz" />
    <add key="http_proxy.password" value="asdasdfawefzsdfas=" />
  </config>
section inside the <configuration> tag
I encypted the password using http://www.motobit.com/util/base64-decoder-encoder.asp

then I keep getting this error on all of my solutions when building.
I tried removing the section, error still happens.
uninstalled and reinstalled nuget. the config keeps coming back.
Same error shows when i right click on the solution and try to enable "Nuget Package Restore"

Please help
