Create NuGet package for a COM dll

Wise men, I need help.

I have trouble building a NuGet package with an old COM dll, the interop bit doesn't seem to work.

The reference is broken and I'm getting errors like:
The type or namespace name 'Util6' could not be found
(are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)
I am taking an old project from 2010 and reviving it; Changing the dependency management to NuGet.
The project was developed in Visual Studio 2008, but now I'm using Visual Studio 2010 and NuGet 2.5.4.

I found this post explaining how to build the package:

I created the package based on the instructions.
The Install.ps1 script works correctly. The old Util6.dll is added to the registry and the new interop dll reference is added to the project. but, I'm still getting errors.

I compared the XML content of the *.csproj files, and I can see the difference.

The old project file contains:
    <COMReference Include="Util6">
The new project has:
  <Reference Include="Util6">
Do you know how can I create the "COMReference" using NuGet?

Can you share your package? What framework folder do you put your assembly?
