Below link install Nuget 2.0 but version mentioned is 2.1. It requires manual upgrade from visual studio. Is it a known issue?

I'm not able to reproduce the problem you described; the linked VSIX installer appears to be installing version 2.1 of NuGet.  Could you double-check whether this problem still reproduces for you?
