upgraded the build server to TeamCity 7.1

I just finished upgrading the team city server. Some new features that are interesting . Build Status Icon, I added a sample of using this for the main Master build on the documentation page of this site.  You can also now use CCTray to monitor the build, from team city.

I added the build status url to the bottom of the nuget.codeplex.com home page.

 I am running the build.cmd on the server to see whats going on outside of the TC build agent.
