How do we report tag abuse by package owners?

There's a family of packages (which I'm not going to name here in case it's inappropriate to do so) that has used pretty much every imaginable tag. As a result, when you search for, say, a package, their packages dominate the results even though their packages are completely unrelated. This is particularly an issue when using the Package Manager Console in Visual Studio. For example, I run this search....

Get-Package -remote -filter NLog

...and half of the results are from this one family of packages which, as I said, are completely unrelated to NLog or even logging at all. I tried using the "Report Abuse" page on the main package page but all I got in return was an "Undeliverable: user unknown" notice sent my email Inbox.

This is absolutely ridiculous and seems to be a pretty clear abuse of the system. Anyone have ideas for how to report this sort of thing? Thanks!

I think it's fair to use the 'report abuse' link on a package page for this, since you think it's spam.
