Nuget and TFS, packages at solution level

I have a problem figuring out the best-practice for this. I have added a nuget package to one project in a solution. All works fine, it builds as it shoul´d and everything. I check this into TFS, closes Visual Studio and removes the contents in the solution directory.

Then I use "Open from source control" but this only pulls the top "packages" folder. So, it doesn't pull down the actual package and the dlls etc.

Did I do something wrong when installing or checking in? Because everything resides in source control. It seems that the folders beneath "packages" isn't included in the solution. I have to perform "Get specific version" and check "Overwrite..." in order to get the files from TFS.

So, would be glad for any suggestions here.

Not anyone who has stumpled upon this problem? Seems like everyone using NuGet and TFS together should have this issue since VS 2010 doesn't pull down things not included in any project. I noticed that this will change in VS 2012 by the way.
