Issue trying to List Package Updates

I'm trying to run a 'Get-Package -Updates' command on my solution and running into a SQL timeout issue.  It may have to do with the number of packages that are in my solution.

The URL for the request is:

Hitting this url should give you the error I am receiving.

Are you still seeing the issue today? We made a patch to the gallery last night that temporarily works around this. If not, an alternate workaround would be to try using the v1 feed. Get-Package -Updates -Source https://nuget.org/api/v1/
