I think it is a convention to put scripts files under Scripts folder and
css files + their parts (images, etc.) under Content (Content/Content inside the nupkg file) folder when creating a nuget package.
However, this is not the desired behaivor all the time. I would like to keep my js files under
assets/js and css files under assets/css. I can simply move them to those desired folders after they got downloaded but I will lose the update smooth update behavior this time.
I am wondering if there is a solution for this with the current product.
If not, is there a chance to have one?
For example, there might be specific folders under the content folder inside nupkg file which hold the
scripts and css files + their parts. _Scripts folder for
script files and _Content folder for css files + their parts.
When downloading the package through PMC, we can specify the desired folder that we cant to get the files:
PM> Install-Package Foo -ContentLocation assets/css -ScriptsLocation assets/js
If there is nothing specified, it can fallback to default ones which are content & scripts.
