access to web-project property "Project Url" in web.config transform?

May be I've just not found the documentation about this, but now I've search a lot and I think it's time to simply ask ;-).

Is there a way to insert an xml tag into the web.config using "Configuration File Transformations" that does conatin the setting of "Project Url" of the project?

"Project Url" is the URL where the web project is hosted when using IIS-Express. The tag inside the project xml file:

      <FlavorProperties GUID="{349c5851-65df-11da-9384-00065b846f21}">

I need to add something like this:
        <wsFederation passiveRedirectEnabled="true"
                          requireHttps="false" />

When using "IISUrl" I simply get a empty string there.

This is not supported. Feel free to open an issue request.

Well honestly you could do this with powershell, so it's technically supported. We just don't have anything to make it easy.
