Nuget and Code Contracts

By default nuget adds all DLL to a project when I install a package. The problem is Code Contracts require that I have some DLLs in a sub folder that are not supposed to be referenced by the project. These extra DLLs are only used by the tooling.

How can I tell nuget to iqnore the extra DLLs?
