Proper reference for a Local Feed in both Package Explorer and Add Library Package Reference dialog

When I set up my Local Package Source (via NuGet.Server) the documentation uses http://<server>:<port>/nuget/Packages, but if I plug this into package explorer or set up a package source in Visual Studio using this reference, it does not work.  It does work if I use http://<serverL:<port>/DataServices/Packages.svc.  What is the proper way to reference the package source?

Does the first one work if you omit the /Packages token at the end?

Yes.  If I drop the packages, it works in both Package Explorer and the Add Reference dialog from Visual Studio.
