Setting up internal feed server

Mar 19, 2011 at 10:17 AM

Hi,

I've set up the nuget server component and can add packages to a feed and use them in various projects.  I also have msbuild producing the package from the spec file as part of the build.

I now want to be able to publish the package that is produced to my feed.  Do I need to set up api keys for my own feed?  And if so, how do I go about recording them as valid in the server?

I googled for some hints but haven't found anything, although all the other steps had really clear and useful examples.

Thanks for your help,

Miles

The NuGet server component included with the NuGet source code doesn’t support publishing. You simply put the packages in the ~/Packages folder and they are published to the feed.

If you want to set up publishing with the full API key support, you’ll need to set up the OrchardGallery and the GalleryServer products (http://orchardgallery.codeplex.com/ and http://galleryserver.codeplex.com/)
