How to update a package in all projects that use it in the current solution?

Given that Get-Package gets the solution-wide installed packages (AFAICS), and Update-Package directly install a package in a project regardless of whether it's using it already or not, how could I automate the updating of a package in the entire solution without blindly adding it to projects that don't use it?

Maybe I'm just missing some powershell voodoo that will do the trick? ;)

There are scripts in thhe discussions to do most of this, I think a package with a script would be a good temporary while we wait to get this functionality into core.
