Installing 3rd party native libs (possibly from source)

I have a library that I would like to create a nupack for that relies on a native library from a third party.

This is the library I need to install: http://software.schmorp.de/pkg/libev.html its open source and currently there aren't any win32 binary installs available, so its also possible that I could install from source.

So what would recommendations be for getting this library onto machines via nupack? Should I build 32/64bit native libraries and try distributing these? Or would some sort of source install be possible?

Disclaimer: I'm not a regular windows user, so I'm not exactly sure how things should work here.

Welcome to the dark side, Jackson! J

You can look at the SQLCE package to see how we currently handle native binaries. We do have a bug logged to make this a first-class concept: http://nupack.codeplex.com/workitem/109
